Joe Pigeon – Partner, Sales & Marketing Director  Prior to founding Paloma Print Products Joe worked for Metavante Corporation for 12 years, serving in a variety of roles including sales, marketing, product management, sales management and business development. During his 12 year tenure at Metavante^®, Joe developed an in-depth understanding of the document composition and printing markets by playing a number of key roles in the development, marketing, and sales of the CSF^™ software.

Prior to joining Metavante, Joe spent five years with NCR^® Corporation marketing computer hardware and software solutions in the financial industry.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Marquette University.

Linda Pigeon – Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer  Linda manages Paloma’s financial and account management functions while also working on all facets of marketing.

Prior to helping form Paloma, Linda served in various marketing management and sales roles for Cousins Subs^®, the Marcus^® Corporation, and NCR^® Corporation.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Darren Baalke – Vice President – Sales Engineering  Darren manages pre-sales technical support, initial customer implementation, and the Paloma customer support organization. Prior to joining Paloma in January 2005, Darren spent 4 years at Metavante Corporation in a variety of roles, including product development and pre-sales technical support for the Metavante CSF^™ family of document composition software tools.

Prior to joining Metavante, Darren worked for @Link Networks in Dallas, where he managed a team of network specialists which installed, tested, and supported DSL services.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an MIS specialization from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
