It is with much excitement, and a bit of sadness, that we announce that Paloma Product Marketing LLC has decided to transfer its client software license agreements to its primary software supplier, CDP Communications, Inc. As of November 2, 2022 CDP will take charge of Paloma's client relationships, providing all training, software support, and sales functions.
"For the past 18 years, Paloma has led the document testing automation marketplace", said Joe Pigeon - President, Paloma Product Marketing LLC. "We felt the best way to grow our leadership position was to more closely integrate with our industry-leading software development partner, CDP Communications. In addition, we feel this integration will do nothing but enhance Paloma's industry-leading customer support."
Both Darren Baalke and Alex Bristol will be moving to CDP Communications, meaning the Paloma customer support organization will see little, if any, change. CDP has been Paloma’s primary software development partner – for STREAMdiff, DocDiff, and ADEPT/UA – for the past 18 years. This will benefit our clients through a more streamlined communication channel regarding product development and support.
